The Municipality of Oliva offers the possibility of establishing ventures and companies in the city's Agroenvironmental Park, through access to land designated for the development of productive activities.
The call seeks to attract new projects and investments that allow for expanding productive capacity, generating employment, and strengthening the local economic fabric.
The land has an area of 1,485 m² and a modality of direct financing from the Municipality for up to 18 installments is offered, facilitating access to productive land.

The productive project must contain at least:
a) Applicant's data (natural or legal person).
b) Detailed description of the activity to be developed.
c) Investment and financing plan.
d) Implementation schedule.
e) Projected employment to be generated.
f) Service and infrastructure requirements.
g) Applicable certifications, authorizations or legal requirements.
The proposal will be evaluated according to its viability, productive impact, planned investment, job creation and compatibility with the establishment conditions of the Agroenvironmental Park.
