""Mi Granja grows""
Mi Granja is located in the Province of Córdoba —the geographic heart of Argentina—, just 19 kilometers from its capital. The province is consolidating as one of the main university, technological, and industrial hubs in the country, also boasting international air connections.
Its location is strategic: it is situated on National Route 19, a key route of the Atlantic–Pacific bioceanic corridor that articulates the economies of Mercosur and Chile. Along this axis, currently undergoing transformation into a highway with completion expected by February 2027, local production accesses the ports of the Litoral (Santa Fe–Rosario) and connects directly with Chile, Brazil, Uruguay, and Paraguay.
Along this important corridor, the town has 530 hectares designated for industrial development, backed by provincial legislation, which guarantees available land, assured land use, and a stable legal framework for all productive investment.
In a few years, Mi Granja transformed into a leading industrial hub in the area. It has two industrial parks in operation and a third under development.
Mi Granja Industrial Park: 18 hectares, with 24 industries established and a Productive Innovation Center; in the process of reconversion to a Green Park.
"Corredor 19" Park: 8 hectares designated for company establishment, with nine companies already operating.
The town offers sustained job creation, service infrastructure, tax benefits for company establishment, and direct municipal support for each investment.
Investing in Mi Granja means accessing a central location, connected to the world, with clear rules, available land, and a management that works hand in hand with the private sector.
Industries and sectors that Mi Granja seeks to attract to its territory.

Subsidy for each new full-time worker and energy consumption subsidy, with automatic access upon establishment in the park. Industrial promotion in Córdoba, key for company establishment -
Legal certainty backed by Provincial Industrial Parks Law N° 7255.
At the municipal level, Mi Granja has an excellent Industrial Promotion Ordinance, which adds its own direct benefits:
